This is a great opportunity to bring wellness and social-emotional learning into the classroom.
Sessions can range anywhere from ten minutes to an hour.
Grades: K-12
I will guide students through a combination of the following:
-breath awareness
-mindful movement
-stretching
-balancing
-community connection
-focus
-creative expression
-relaxation and grounding
-closing together
The atmosphere will always be positive, accessible, and safe for children. They are never forced into anything they do not feel comfortable with (e.g. specific poses, holding breath, eyes closed)
Classes can be designed for specific purposes, such as:
-Managing Test Anxiety
-Managing Performance Anxiety
-Connecting with Classmates
-Brain breaks
We will consult prior so that your students get exactly what they need.
