In this Gentle Flow, we'll connect to our breath and body in nature, releasing tension, stretching, and calming the nervous system. All levels welcome. (ages 18 and up)
What to bring: yoga mat, a blanket or towel, water
optional: blocks
Let me know if you need to borrow a mat. (732-455-9717)
What to wear: comfortable clothing (and perhaps bug spray)
Where to go: Nomahegan Park in Cranford. If you're in the parking lot across from Union College (Springfield Ave.) walk towards the baseball field. You'll find us beyond the baseball field.
When: Please arrive early enough that your mat is set up and you're ready to begin at the start time.
You'll be notified of a cancellation due to weather at least an hour prior.
