After filling out the 1:1 intake form which clarifies your personal goals, we'll have a free 15-30 minute consult to ensure that we're a good fit. If so, private sessions can be arranged in person or virtual.
Classes will be personalized and sequenced to meet your needs and goals. Examples of personal goals are as follows:
-stress and anxiety reduction
-strength and stability
-flexibility
-hip opening and mobility
-overall mobility, flexibility, stability
-improve balance
-improve focus, perseverance, patience
-incorporation of mindfulness and morning routine to enhance wellness

Prices vary depending on distance, needs, and duration of class.
After our consult, I will offer pricing options.
